Buying Terms and Conditions

All items for sale on this website are digital files (PDF’s unless otherwise stated).

All purchases of digital files are non-refundable. See the Refunds info below for full details.

Delivery

All items are delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase in PDF format, unless otherwise stated.

We try to fulfill all purchases within 24 hours but it can take up to 48 hours during busy periods.

Refunds

The purchase of our files is a final purchase which means that no refunds can be issued, except where the file is found to have been damaged or defective. This is because the nature of digital products and method of delivery which means that the customer can ask for a refund yet still retain the full benefit of the product.

A refund will be made only if there has been an error on our part or if the product file is found to be damaged or defective. In order to resolve this issue, you must forward the problem file to info@terrycroucher.co.uk for our technical team to investigate. We may be able to provide alternative file formats in some cases. If the file is found to be defective, we will replace it immediately and forward the file to you.

This policy is in line with consumer protection for online digital products.
